Joann Domka’s artwork is created by first photographing the subjects in black and white, developing an archival print, then coloring each image by hand with pencils and oils – a meticulous and time intensive process, making eachpiece of artwork a handmade original.
Most Image sizes range between 16″x20″ and 20″x24″, some smaller, and mounted archivally on acid free board – varying sized images can be matted and framed to standard sizes. Sizes of original hand-clolored artwork on this site represent image area only, borders will ad an additional 3-4 inches to each side.
